Guest lunch – Simply Tay Tayyaba tells me she’s bringing “Spicy fish curry, cauliflower & potato curry, both served with daahl and rice. Oh…and samosas [hopefully lots of them!]”

UntitledLast week we had the second of our Plant to Plate project Cooking on a Budget demonstrations.  We were delighted to welcome Tayyaba from Simply Tay.  “Born to Pakistani parents, brought up in Germany  and living in South East London.  Best of East meets West – that is exactly what Simply Tay is about. A fusion of my Pakistani heritage in my cooking, and my German influenced upbringing in my baking.  Harmony!”
