Ingredients
  1. 4 medium potatoes Brockmans
  2. 1 cm of chopped ginger Brockmans
  3. 2 cloves of garlic Brockmans
  4. 1 Green chillies Wild Country Organics
  5. ½ tsp red chilli powder Grain Grocer
  6. ½ salt Grain Grocer
  7. Cumin seeds Grain Grocer
  8. Fresh chopped coriander leaves Wild Country Organics
  9. 1 egg Brambletye Orchard Eggs
  10. 1 cup of breadcrumbs Grain Grocer
  11. Oil for frying.
Instructions
  1. Peel, boil and mash the potatoes.
  2. Add all the spices, taste and season with salt or chilli as required.
  3. Make smallish balls with your hands and then half flatten them.
  4. Beat the egg and dip each tikka first in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
  5. Shallow fry till golden
Notes
  1. You can serve with coriander and mint chutney, with or without yoghurt.
