Ingredients
  1. 300g plain flour
  2. ½ tsp quick yeast
  3. ½ Nigella seeds
  4. ½ tsp of Bishops weed seeds
  5. Luke warm water
Instructions
  1. Mix the yeast with the flour, Nigella seeds and Bishops weed seed.
  2. Add a cup of water and knead to a dough.
  3. Cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for a couple of hours.
  4. Once the dough has risen, divide it into four dough balls.
  5. Heat a large frying pan to high while rolling out the dough balls, one at a time.
  6. Lower the heat to medium and brown each naan on both sides.
  7. You can add butter, ghee or olive oil onto the naan once it’s off the heat
Notes
  1. Serve with any curry or Alu tikki
