Cakes Brett & Bailey  say, “The headline news? Salted caramel and honeycomb bomboloni are back on the stall this Saturday!  

As we’re now deep into autumn, we’ll also have pumpkin pecan pie; pear and maple cheesecake; apple and salted caramel cake; and perhaps the last outing for our pistachio chocolate gateau with honey and plump figs.  

We’ll also have a brand new treat combining three of our favourite things: spice, booze, and locally-grown ingredients.

Come and find us for a slice of our scrumptious handmade gingerbread, made with cider and topped with wedges of vanilla and cardamom-poached quince, from the batch we picked up at last Saturday’s Patchwork Farm stall.  

Still hungry? Have a slice of double carrot cake; a mint choc chip cookie; a peanut butter bar; a dark chocolate brownie with pecans, white chocolate chunks and fleur de sel; or a sticky bun (or two).
