Cakes – Brett & Bailey Joe says “It’s our last market of the year – come and collect your luxury Christmas pudding, a handcrafted panettone, or perhaps one of our special stollen swirl loaves (we’ll only have half a dozen of these, so come along early).
Our last few Christmas cake loaves, packed with fruit and bourbon, will be looking for good homes to go to, and we’ll also have a White Christmas cake and a chestnut cheesecake by the slice; slabs of Matt’s incredible rocky road; and some extra special Christmas sticky buns made with boozy Christmas pudding fruit and a Cointreau glaze.
Looking for stocking fillers? We’ll have bags of gently spiced Christmas cookies, jars of handmade jam (the pear and ginger is perfect for a cheeseboard), and bags of rum and raisin fudge. We’ll also have our last few bags of Turkish delight. And it goes without saying that we’re bringing mince pies..”
