Mini Victoria sponge cakes with vanilla bean buttercream and raspberry jam,
Pistachio rose and lemon loaf cakes with rosewater glaze,
Peach Melba frangipane slices (dreamy…),
Rocky road fudge slices with almonds and sea salt,
Amaretto and caramelised peach cheesecake
Bee sting cakes or ‘bienenstich’- sweet yeast cakes filled with creamy creme patisserie and caramelised almond brittle.
