perl lasPerl Las is made by Carwyn Adams at Glyneithinog Farm in West Wales and is unlike any other blue cheese.

It has a pale gold natural rind with a pale yellow paste with blue/ green veining and is described as strong but delicate, creamy but with lovely lingering blue overtones.

It’s ideal for sauces, salads or soups – or simply as it is.

Perl Las is vegetarian and organic.
