Cheese of the week – Ragstone.
Ragstone is a creamy goats milk cheese with a creamy white mould rind.
Made by Charlie Westhead in Herefordshire, Ragstone has a smooth creamy texture with a lactic, savoury and lemony flavour that is great with autumn root vegetable recipes or melting on top of your favourite tart.
It is unpasteurised and uses traditional kid rennet.
£5 for a half cheese, £10. for a full.
