CHEESE OF THE WEEK – TEIFI

Teifi is a Gouda style cheese, with a dense, smooth and creamy texture.

Its mellow, slightly sweet flavour becomes deeper and richer with age and when very mature develops characteristics similar to Parmesan cheese.
