Jared from London Cheesemongers says “No Mozzarella yet but the Staffordshire made, raw milk goats curd can be used in similar ways, such as……salads with tomatoes and herbs or with beetroot, leaves and nuts. You can roll it up in a wrap with pesto and roasted vegetables or add it to a simple dish of pasta, peas and mint. My favorite is to eat it on toast with a little garlic and olive oil, very spring!
