Duggan, who helped set up the market,  for making the top six in the nationwide Earth Hour Heroes awards.

Joe says “I didn’t win, but to be placed in the top six in the UK was a honour, especially alongside lots of other great projects & a great celebration of all the work at Crystal Palace Transition Town.
