Creamy Parsnips
These make the most incredibly creamy and morish mash.

  1. Parsnips
  2. Cream or full fat milk
  3. A dot of butter
  4. Thyme leaves
  5. Toasted walnuts
  6. Salt
  1. Peel and cube.
  2. Boil in salted water till fully tender.
  3. Whip up in a food processor or mash with an old-fashioned masher, adding a little cream or full fat milk and a dot of butter to get it creamy.
  4. Finish your mash off with some thyme leaves and toasted walnuts scattered over the top.
