Delicious Sprouts
Forget boiling them, and don't bother with the criss cross nonsense on the bottom. Halve them and roast or stir-fry. They offer so much more flavour these ways.

Ingredients
  1. Sprouts - halved
For roasting
  1. Olive Oil
  2. Onion - thinly sliced
  3. Thyme
  4. Lemon zest & juice
  5. Salt Pepper
For Stir-frying
  1. Oil
  2. Chilli Flakes
  3. Garlic - chopped or thinly sliced
If Roasting
  1. Roast in a 180C/Gas 4 oven after tossing in a slosh of olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon zest and juice. Add some thinly sliced onion and thyme. Roast for 15-20 mins or till nicely tender. Extremely modish.
If Stir-Fry
  1. Cook everything together in a wok till just tender and bright glossy green.
