This magical Market Table, featuring a 4-course dinner inspired by market produce. This time the focus will be on eating every part of a vegetable from root to shoot. To further celebrate all things veg, the menu will be fully plant-based. Joel Brook from local farm, Calabaza, in Sutton will join us and be supplying an array of stunning produce for the menu. Many locally foraged finds will also feature, including the first full wave of elderflower, lime blossom and dog rose. There’ll be a little hands-on learning and cooking, too.
