Bacons, oh man, the bacons! Traditionally cured, organic, hand sliced and in a range of flavours – streaky, smoked, sweet smoked (mmm, like the sound of that) and maple-cured, they taste like bacon should taste.
Also, got a little bit of genuine Guanciale for anyone looking to make authentic Italian dishes.
For a little Easter day treat, there’ll be a few tubs of the most amazing, creamy smoked salmon pate – all natural, no nasties, packed full of fresh flavours.
Or if you fancy something a bit different, our rare smoked duck will help make the most lovely little salad starters – and a little goes a long way
