Your ailing bike
Any web-enabled device, such as a laptop or smart phone.
Alex will help you trouble shoot the problem and find an instructional online video that shows you what to do. You can book some time on a work-stand, and we will tell you what you need to buy from a local shop.
Then we will lend you some tools and help you fix your bike up. It’s free and the aim is to give you the confidence to work on your own bike.

Who is Alex, and why is he doing this?
