This weekend’s big news is that bomboloni are back – these Tuscan-style brioche doughnuts were a huge hit at the market last year, so we’ll have them on every stall during spring and summer. This Saturday’s batch – the first of the year – will come generously filled with pistachio cream.
We’ll also have a welcome appearance of our
double carrot cake; and
Our Ambassador’s cheesecake – a delectable baked confection with luxurious swirls of hazelnut and chocolate – will be heading up the delegation.
Hungry for more? How about;
blueberry and lemon bakewells,
generously-proportioned squares of rhubarb and stem ginger cake with walnut crumble,
peanut butter bars with salted caramel and thick milk chocolate ganache, or
our signature brownies with pecans and white chocolate chunks?
We’re also bringing along;
jars of handmade marmalade,
all the sticky buns, and
a huge batch of our very favourite triple chocolate cookies too.
