Preserves – Fruition Preserves Wendy says “I will have all four of my ketchups: traditional tomato, spicy tomato, spiced plum and brown sauce. I will also have 8 different flavours of compote; highlights this month are new season English plum & vanilla and plum & cinnamon compotes (lovely with porridge for these colder mornings). I will also have my Granola which also goes really well with all flavours of compote.”
