We are so lucky to have Demi come to show us how to make 2 Paellas (one meat & seafood – one veggie) from scratch using fresh ingredients from the market. He’ll start at 11am with the demonstration and be ready to serve lunch at 1pm. You can eat it at the market for lunch, or take it home and have it later. Demi Patissier is a local resident chef.
