The land at Elms Farm has been farmed for centuries and today, nestled in the lush rolling pastures of the Sussex countryside, Elms Farm plays a unique role in promoting and conserving indigenous and rare breed animals and the countryside in which they are reared.
Sussex Cattle, Dorset sheep, Berkshire pigs and Fallow deer (just some of the breeds reared at Elms Farm), graze peacefully amongst 1,500 acres of prime Soil Association certified land. Raised to the highest organic standards, Elms Farm animals produce meat that has the finest old-fashioned flavour and succulence.
