Preserves – Intoxyque – gourmet sauces that are hand-made in small batches in Epsom, Surrey using only the finest fresh ingredients. Our sauces are used as a table sauce or in cooking. Add to stir fries, soups, omelettes or use as a condiment for chips or crackers. Our sauces are free from added sugar, preservatives, additives and nasties. In addition, our range is Gluten free and vegan. Uniquely, we do not use vinegar which can alter the taste of food thus allowing our sauces to compliment food without overpowering it.
