Hello! This Saturday we will open two beautiful wines.
RED: The Catarratto Salvatore Turi from Sicily burst with with delicate white flowers, nectarines, pear and almonds flavours. It is tight and fresh and has a lovely salinity. It comes from very old bush vines and a has a touch of skin contact.
WHITE: We will also taste the Unique Rebelle Beaujolais Nouveau ( when made naturally, the Bojo is a superb juice!). Expect a palate full of crunchy cherries and raspberries mixed with liquorice, smooth tannins and a mouthwatering acidity. As easy drinking and hedonistic as it should be.
