There will be much Piccalilli (both types), fruity, spicy Persimmon chutney, strawberry balsamic jam… and much more. Wait – there IS something blue! I’ll be bringing some gift sets of three small preserves packaged in a carry box with a gift tag and blue ribbon for a last minute Mother’s Day gift. Come and say hi!”

Rupert says “This week, we’re having two vegetarian cheeses made with thistle rennet, the Cañarejal and the Retorta, we’ll also have the soft sheeps’ milk Pastura with Truffles and the mature sheeps’ milk Villarejo Manchego. Our blue will be the sycamore leaf wrapped Valdeon from Picos de Europa and our goats cheese the fresh and citrusy Luna Negra.”
