This week we welcome Andrew from Gill Wing Farm, who is taking over the butcher’s stall. Find him alongside Michael tomorrow, who is helping with the handover. Andrew farms organically on the Kent/Sussex borders in a mixed farming system which includes pigs, lambs, chickens, turkeys, vegetables & grains. All the animal feed is grown in-house. Andrew will be sourcing his beef from Jacob’s Ladder and other nearby farms.
