Hello! These weeks are biting cold, so this Saturday we will taste a full-bodied, warming red wine from the Pyrenees in Southern France, the Ollieux Romanis Corbieres Rouge Cuvee Prestige.

It has rich, concentrated fruit flavours of black cherries, cocoa butter and spice, with oh so silky tannins and a fine well balanced finish.

Aged in wood for about fifteen months the Cuvee Prestige is a blend of Carignan, from 100yr old vines along with Grenache and Mourvedre and a splash of Syrah. Oh and it is organic. Come taste!
