Hello! This Saturday we will taste two beautiful, natural wines.
The white Albariño Arcan from Rias Baixas in Northern Spain is all about white flowers, pears, citrus fruits and a lovely mouth-watering acidity. Complex and with an unbeatable purity of fruit.
The red Gravillas Sous Les Cailloux from Minervois in Southern France, a classic of our list that we haven’t revisited in ages, is a delicious, savoury dark-and-red-fruit-filled blend of Syrah, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvèdre, Counoise, Grenache Noir and Terret Gris. Biodynamic, rich and vibrant.
